We get it - Alesya Bags aren’t for everyone. We accept returns and exchanged on all items within 30 days of your order being shipped.
To start a return, please email info@alesyabags.com with a subject line of ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange’ and a paid USPS return label will be sent via email within 48 hours.
Bags must be returned in new/unused condition. Returns are processed within 1 week of the return being delivered. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
